Mary Kay Caddy. If you were to look at the back it would have a Mary Kay badge on the trunk. They're given as rewards for the top sellers/managers or whatever they're called.

I see them every once and a while. My mom does Mary Kay. When you meet certain requirements you can earn different GM vehicles in Mary Kay Pink. The first is a Chevy Cruze I think. Top is an Escalade. If you don't want the car you can take a monthly check roughly equivalent to a monthly lease payment.
